Michelle James-Toler

Site Director

Hello! My name is Michelle James-Toler. I have 34 years of experience working with children, with 18 years as a childcare professional and Site Director. I owned and operated a childcare business for 13 years in Chicago’s south suburban area. During that time, I earned my Associate’s degrees in Applied Science and Child Development at South Suburban College in South Holland, IL. I pursued my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education at Kendall College in Chicago, IL.

I was blessed with the miracle of 4 fabulous daughters that I adopted in July 2002. With all “my girls” being in their 20s, I am the proud “Nana” of 7 grandchildren. When we get together, we enjoy cooking together and watching movies from our collection of over 500 DVDs.

I have been with The Quest Zone family since August 2017, and I have enjoyed working closely with the children and staff.

My son loves going to Quest Zone and tells me not to pick him up early. I love that my kids get a snack, complete their homework and have plenty of play time after school.

Emily Kane

Quest Zone Parent

I’ve seen my children grow socially and academically since they’ve started at The Quest Zone, and I love knowing they’re being cared for and nurtured until I get off work. We’ve tried other after school programs, and without a doubt I know the Quest Zone is the absolute best place for our babies to be

Quest Zone Parent

I have been blown away with the professionalism, knowledge and dedication shown by all staff. My daughter is learning to play games and loves the creative time they get. They help her with her assignments too, which really helps me out!
